Change Management
New Workplace
Relocating into a new or refurbished workplace often introduces new technologies, workplace layouts and ways of working. Staff may transition to different work settings, collaboration spaces or operational practices that require careful communication and preparation.
MoveCorp supports organisations through this transition by developing practical change management and communication programs that prepare staff for the new workplace. We work alongside internal HR and communications teams, or deliver the full program where required, ensuring staff understand how the new environment will operate and are ready from day one.
Workplace Restacks
Internal restacks and team repositioning projects require a different type of change support. While staff are already familiar with the workplace environment, new adjacencies and shared floor arrangements can create operational pressure if they are not coordinated.
MoveCorp provides targeted change management support for restacks, focusing on leadership alignment, staff communication and coordination of operational needs across newly co located teams. This is not transformational change, but a practical operational integration initiative designed to ensure teams settle quickly into their new floor environments.

Relocation Management
Whether relocating 20 staff or 2,000, moving between floors or transitioning to an entirely new workplace, MoveCorp provides the experience and structure required to deliver successful workplace relocations. Our team manages both the operational logistics and the people aspects of the move, ensuring the transition is carefully planned and smoothly executed.
MoveCorp supports relocations across a wide range of operational environments, including offices, hospitals, universities, museums, warehouses and other facilities where both people and critical assets must be relocated in a coordinated and controlled manner. From standard workplace equipment through to fragile, scientific or sensitive items, we plan and coordinate relocations to minimise risk and maintain operational continuity.
We manage the end to end relocation process, reducing the burden on internal teams and helping organisations maintain business operations throughout the transition.
While MoveCorp is not a removalist, we manage the removalist tender process on behalf of our clients and oversee the appointed provider throughout the relocation. The removalist is contracted directly by the client, ensuring transparent procurement, clear accountability and effective coordination of the physical move.

Storage Planning and Logistics Advisory
MoveCorp provides strategic storage planning and logistics advisory services to organisations with complex, high value or specialised storage requirements. We focus on how space is used, how collections or assets are organised, and how facilities can be optimised to improve capacity, efficiency and long term performance.
We work in partnership with our clients, architects and project teams from early feasibility through to implementation planning. Our role is to define the storage strategy, establish planning frameworks and ensure that all elements of the solution align with operational needs, spatial constraints and future growth.
Where technical storage system expertise is required, including racking configuration, materials handling or system optimisation, MoveCorp engages specialist storage systems consultants as part of the project team. This approach ensures that system level inputs are robust and technically sound, while maintaining a single, coordinated advisory interface for the client.
Our experience spans a wide range of specialised environments including museum and art collections, archives, libraries, evidence facilities, healthcare storage, technical stores, furniture storage, pharmaceutical and motor vehicle environments. We are particularly experienced in projects where storage requirements are sensitive, regulated or operationally complex.
MoveCorp provides independent, unbiased advice. We do not supply storage systems or represent manufacturers, allowing us to focus solely on achieving the best outcome for our clients through clear strategy, informed decision making and well coordinated delivery.
Our approach ensures that storage solutions are practical, efficient and capable of adapting to future needs, without over committing to unnecessary design or capital expenditure at early stages.
