Barangaroo

Westpac, KPMG and PWC all in one year

MoveCorp were selected by Westpac, KPMG and PwC individually to manage the transition of their staff into each of the three towers respectively.

This large and important project involved relocation into Barangaroo of:

  • 12,000 Westpac Sydney staff

  • 3,600 PWC Sydney based staff

  • 1,800 PWC Melbourne staff

  • 600 PWC Brisbane staff

  • 2,800 KPMG Sydney staff

MoveCorp planned and managed this project to ensure that the relocations occurred without incident.

NAB, 800 Bourke Street Docklands

MoveCorp’s successful management of this Melbourne relocation, although not recent, set a new industry benchmark, due to the size and complexity of the project.

MoveCorp planned and managed the seamless relocation of 3,800 staff of NAB and MLC, 5,700 metres of filing, 3,900 desktop IT kits, two different server platforms and many miscellaneous items into the new National@Docklands building.

With its open plan and collaborative workspaces, this building set the scene and brief for all the other Docklands buildings. The move was conducted in two stages over eight move weekends.

MoveCorp conducted fortnightly meetings with group representatives and one-to-one crosschecks to as part of a staff communications and change management program which was integral to the success of the National@Docklands project.

Macquarie Group Sydney

MoveCorp has provided relocation [and associated?] services to Macquarie Group over a 20-year period, including several important Sydney projects:

  • Original relocation to No 1 Martin Place

  • Shelley Street – Sydney’s first Activity Based Working (ABW) site

  • Major relocation to new headquarters at 50 Martin Place

  • Recent transformation of No 1 Martin place

Macquarie’s transitions always include changes from static desks to ABW – and, on occasion – from ABW back to static desks. As this client changes and evolves, MoveCorp is pleased to continue providing support.

Bank

of America

MoveCorp meticulously planned and managed the relocation of 500 staff within Sydney’s Governor Phillip Tower for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2015. With a condensation of operations, staff from 4.5 floors were relocated to 3.5 floors.

This assignment involved MoveCorp’s proven four module methodology:

  1. project team coordination,

  2. logistics & risk planning,

  3. communication & change management and

  4. relocation contractor management.

Together, these four integrated modules of MoveCorp’s approach ensured a seamless transition, and an enjoyable relocation, for all project team members and staff.
