Mirvac
From December 2006 through to mid 2008, MoveCorp has been undertaking a review of Mirvac’s document management capabilities in preparation for their relocation to the central Sydney CBD. The program surveyed approximately 450 staff and involved the re-engineering of hardcopy systems, policies, procedures and storage hardware to suit the new environment. The exercise was intended to herald a move towards a paperless environment and successfully implemented a 58% reduction in filing space. The initial 2400 lineal metres of filing was reduced to 1008 lineal metres across all departments. MoveCorp was subsequently appointed to undertake all Relocation Management for Mirvac.
