Prior to American Express’ relocation in early 2008, MoveCorp conducted a significant Filing & Storage Consultancy exercise with approximately 1430 staff at various Sydney CBD locations. MoveCorp worked with the business units to improve the efficiency of the way each team worked with documentation and stored items. MoveCorp also ensured the correct provision of storage hardware for the new Shelley Street site. Operating as independent advisor to Amex, MoveCorp was able to assist in procuring the most appropriate system for the needs of the business unit. MoveCorp was subsequently appointed to undertake all aspects of the Relocation Management activity in order to deliver a seamless transition into the new site. MoveCorp’s focus was to ensure that American Express staff obtained maximum benefit from the new environment, with minimum disruption to normal operations.
